RETURN POLICY

The Social Seam does not issue refunds!!! Returns are gladly accepted for store credit or exchanges if your item(s) do not work for you. Your return must be free of deodorant, pet hair, make up, stains, smoke, perfume, etc. item(s) must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date and in waterproof packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Any damaged items returned to us due to not following the guidelines, will not be accepted for credit or exchange. Items postmarked after 14 days of delivery date will be sent back at the customer’s expense. 

STORE CREDIT

Store credit will be issued by e-mail, and you can easily enter it on Credit/discount code box at checkout. Store credit expires in 6 months.

CLEARANCE/FINAL SALE/EVENT ITEMS PURCHASED

All Clearance/Final Sale items (including Jewelry) will not be accepted for return. All items purchased at events are final sale and will not be accepted for return. 

Damaged items

If you receive an item with damage from shipping, it is your responsibility to report this by e-mailing us at thesocialseamboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description of damage. We thoroughly inspect all our products before packaging. We are not responsible for damage from pets chewing on packages, as they will not qualify for credit or an exchange.

INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED OR MISSING ITEM FROM ORDER

IF YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM OR ARE MISSING AN ITEM FROM YOUR ORDER, PLEASE REACH OUT BY E-MAILING US AT THESOCIALSEAMBOUTIQUE@GMAIL.COM within 3 days of delivery. We ask that you hold onto the shipping packaging and the packing slip while we investigate.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped out 1-4 business days from your order date. Expect an additional 7-10 days for delivery.

E-GIFT CARDS

Not sure what size or style to buy as a gift? Avoid the return hassle and give them an E-gift card.  They are available on our website and can be applied at checkout. E-gift cards do not expire.

SHIPPING

$10.00 flat rate shipping for all U.S. customers up to $99, $13.00 flat rate shipping for U.S. customers $100-$150 and all orders over $150 ships for free.
